I hate it when people feel they have to act a certain way because of their skin color. I'm from South Texas and I get sick of seeing Mexicans with their fucking last name tattooed on themselves and their fucking Virgin Marys on everything. They're mocking themselves.

I'm pretty anti-religion. Not even gonna be nice about it. I was religious, but now I despise it. =/

But don't you think it's ironic when Mexicans fervently defend "their" language and "their" religion when the facts are that their people are Native Americans and that the Spaniards subjugated their people and forced their language and religion on them? :lol:

So do you think we Americans should be speaking Navaho then? Cultures change, as it's becoming more and more annoyingly obvious. The Mexican culture is made of hundreds of years of change and traditions alike, just like ours. If you wish to criticize a group of people based upon in-continuity in their history, then you should equally criticize all of America for having its own independent culture from the Native Americans.

Again, you hit the nail on the head.

I really hate it when people complain about being seen as certain social groups when they perpetuate those stereotypes in the first place.
